Why are there differences in the adoption of social media in different contexts?
How can we help organizations using social media realize their full potential?
These are some of the questions that we seek to address during this co-creation/hands-on workshop. Through the presentation of results of a study involving different public service organizations located in different contexts, we will navigate and discuss common features of the experience of use of social media and the potential for improvement.
